Anoshe Therapies,the brainchild of a family therapist, is an all-encompassing virtual therapy service catering to the needs of all individuals, families, and couples. On offer is an evidence-based therapy that is both neurodiverse affirming and culturally responsive, as well as being LGBTQIA+-affirming. The focus is on healthy family relationships, mental health wellness, restoration, maintenance, relapse prevention, and mental health coaching.
