Hello

I am Portia Kambasha- a proud black woman, who realised long ago that the world was not created for people like me. Throughout my career, I realised that there were many people, who (maybe did not look like me), but were made to feel like they never belonged (even in places that were supposed to be "safe"). People with mental health difficulties, gay people, First Nations people, people who thought differently, the list goes on. Anoshe Therapies, which encompasses everything of importance to me, was born out of being othered. To anyone who has ever been othered, this is a safe space for you. We are tired.
