Anoshe Therapies is an all-encompassing virtual therapy service catering to the needs of all individuals, families, and couples. On offer is evidence-based therapy that is both neurodiverse affirming and culturally responsive, as well as being LGBTQIA+-affirming. The focus is on healthy family relationships, mental health wellness, restoration, maintenance, relapse prevention, and mental health coaching.
Family therapy is a service offered in the virtual therapy space. It takes an integrative approach to addressing a wide range of issues in a systemic manner. Single-session family therapy and court-ordered family therapy are also offered both as a one-off session or on an ongoing basis depending on need. A safe and supportive environment is created to help families heal and build healthier relationships.

Couples therapy: A form of psychotherapy that can support you and your partner if you are having relationship difficulties. Address a wide range of issues, including recurring issues. My approach considers a family of origin, and several intersections that may contribute to relationship issues such as trauma, opposite upbringings, neurodiversity, cultural diversity to name a few.
