Anoshe is virtual-first and deliberately small. The work is organised around one family's continuous story rather than a menu of separate services. Which changes what a caseload looks like, and what you're expected to hold.
Cultural and racial context isn't a specialism you bolt onto a session here. It's the practice's core framework, and it shapes intake, formulation, and how we write about clients.
We diagnose the condition, not the person. Neuroaffirming and DDP-informed approaches are the default. Behavioural and reward-based models aren't used here.
Clinical supervision is in-house rather than something you organise on your own time and budget.
Sessions run online by default, so you set your availability rather than fitting a room's timetable. Face to face is available where a client asks for it and you are able to offer it. Subcontractor arrangements are the norm.
Alongside clinical work there's a consultancy arm delivering racial literacy and anti-racism programs to schools and organisations. Some clinicians work across both.

Practitioners work as subcontractors. Registration with AHPRA or a recognised professional body is required for clinical roles, along with your own professional indemnity cover, a Working with Children Check, and a current police check.
